I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
