Some of my best days have started with a simple decision to take the longer way home. A change of scenery helps me think clearly, even when it's only a short trip beyond my usual routine. A flask of something warm and an extra layer are often all I need for a simple afternoon out. I appreciate a steady pace, an open mind, and people who look after each other.
