I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I enjoy the process of preparing a meal as much as sitting down to eat it. I am happy to share the kitchen, especially with someone who enjoys the process and does not mind a little mess. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
