A long walk, a small backpack, and a day without a timetable suit me well. I am usually the one who suggests a short detour when a lane or a footpath looks inviting. I like checking the weather, making a simple plan, and leaving the rest of the day open. I don't need every day to be exciting; I just like feeling that I've made something of it.
