Joannette Laico

I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. A welcoming atmosphere and the chance to hear each other talk matter more to me than an impressive setting. I like leaving a little room in the plan for a pastry, a second coffee, or a place we happen to discover. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
