I like having a few creative interests that I can enjoy without needing to be especially good at them. Some evenings are for going out to hear something live; others are for cooking at home with an album playing from start to finish. When I find something I love, I usually want to share it with someone who might enjoy it too. A little imagination and a willingness to listen make conversation much more interesting.
