I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
