I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
