Kaida Tibben

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
