I enjoy the kind of day that starts with one plan and ends with a few good discoveries. I enjoy trying food I haven't cooked before, browsing little independent shops, and finding somewhere with a good atmosphere. I am happy with a simple meal when it is made with care and there is no rush to move on. I like discovering new things while keeping a few familiar favourites close by.
