I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
