I like exploring a place through its food, its small streets, and the places people recommend without making a fuss. I enjoy sharing recommendations with someone who is happy to explain what they liked about a place. A good recommendation from a friend can be enough to give my afternoon a new direction. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
