I prefer slow mornings, a good novel, and plans that leave a little breathing room. I enjoy stories with complicated characters, walks through unfamiliar streets, and cooking with music on in the background. I keep a short reading list, although an unexpected recommendation often changes it. I appreciate company that leaves room for both conversation and comfortable pauses.
