A personal introduction
A little about Keerstin.
I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
