Kefira Demagistris

I enjoy finding a pace that feels sustainable, whether I am trying something new or returning to a familiar routine. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
