Kerri Koch

I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I'm encouraging rather than competitive, and I get on well with people who can enjoy the process.
