I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I like taking photographs along the way, although I usually remember the weather and the conversation more than the pictures. Even on a busy day, a little time outside helps me find a more comfortable rhythm. For me, good company matters more than reaching the perfect destination.
