I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
