I enjoy keeping a routine that still leaves room for a change of plan. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
