I'm drawn to places with a bit of character, whether that's a little cinema or a room with a piano in the corner. Some evenings are for going out to hear something live; others are for cooking at home with an album playing from start to finish. A creative afternoon at home can be just as pleasant as going out to a performance. Shared taste is lovely, but I also enjoy learning what makes someone different from me.
