I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I like checking the weather, making a simple plan, and leaving the rest of the day open. A shared sense of wonder can make a very ordinary walk memorable.
