I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
