I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
