I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
