A personal introduction
A little about Laura.
A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I am interested in habits that make daily life feel comfortable and enjoyable. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
