Lavinnia Scholey

I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
