My favourite plans often involve a kitchen, a long conversation, and no reason to check the time. I enjoy a home that feels lived in and comfortable, with room for a little imperfection. I usually choose recipes that leave time for conversation rather than keeping me busy until the last moment. I'm warm once I feel comfortable, and I appreciate the same quiet consideration in others.
