A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
