I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
