A personal introduction
A little about Lorrainne.
I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
I noticed the reference to walking and outdoor time. Is there a small detail you tend to notice when you spend time outside?
