I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
