A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
