Macaila Burt

I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
