I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I have a few dependable recipes, but I am always interested in a new idea that does not make the evening complicated. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I enjoy being with people who can make themselves at home while remaining thoughtful about others.
