A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I am interested in habits that make daily life feel comfortable and enjoyable. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
