I like making ordinary spaces feel welcoming through small, thoughtful touches. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. Trying something new is more enjoyable when there is room to laugh if it does not turn out as expected. I think thoughtfulness shows up most clearly in everyday habits.
