A personal introduction
A little about Mairely.
A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
