I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
