Marshia Gandre

I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
