I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
