Mattigan Niggli

I enjoy the comfortable rhythm of a day at home, especially when there is something good cooking. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. I like slowing down enough to enjoy small routines, from setting the table to making the first cup of the morning. I enjoy being with people who can make themselves at home while remaining thoughtful about others.
