I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
