Mckenzie Sartelle

I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I enjoy the process of preparing a meal as much as sitting down to eat it. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. I like company that makes an ordinary evening feel easy to enjoy.
