A personal introduction
A little about Melinda.
I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
