I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
