I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I tend to remember a place by what I ate there, who I was with, and the conversation on the way home. I tend to notice the small touches that make a place feel comfortable, from friendly service to a quiet table. I enjoy discovering what someone likes through the small choices they make.
