I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I enjoy coastal paths, quiet parks, and stopping somewhere small for a late lunch after a good walk. Even on a busy day, a little time outside helps me find a more comfortable rhythm. A shared sense of wonder can make a very ordinary walk memorable.
