Naveena Frederick

I enjoy simple routines, especially when there's room in them for something homemade. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. I value reliability, good humour, and people who do what they say they'll do.
