I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
