I spend enough time indoors during the week, so getting outside is usually my first plan for the weekend. I always pack more snacks than necessary, and I think a warm drink tastes better after a few hours outside. Even on a busy day, a little time outside helps me find a more comfortable rhythm. I appreciate a steady pace, an open mind, and people who look after each other.
